Indian Wedding Dj

I went out with a really gorgeous, moderately friendly, and high strung girl last night to a fancy restaurant with some friends. She is really nice but the most interesting thing she said all night was “I like red.” Everything else out of her mouth was purely superficial and kinda pointless. She actually asked the waiter once if he was mixed or a Mexican (he was Indian) and was slightly flirtatious with the DJ and a few of the guys at the club we went to after dinner. She also proceeded to talk to the bartender more than us because he turned out to be her classmate from high school. All my friends that were at the restaurant with us were looking at me like “wtf” because I usually date girls that are average looking but can engage in intelligent conversation! I honestly think shes smart but shes putting on this “dumb broad” act. I tried to get her opinion on politics and philosophy but she reminded me of Brians girlfriend on Family Guy in her responses. I seriously wanted to burst out in laughter. My guy friends are telling me to dump her because I can do better but my lady friends say to give her another chance. She has my phone number so i told her to give me a call on monday and we’ll go out for lunch. If she doesnt call, it doesnt really matter to me but I really would like to give her another chance because I like her. But I can’t be in a relationship unless we find something to talk about. I’ve realized that I don’t want a girl thats just pretty and can be friendly but also makes you think!. Any advice on what I can do to bring her non-flirtatious, intelligent side out?
